Who we are

This website and its research are operated by Investing With Purpose(“IWP”, “we”, “us”), an independent publisher established in Greece (European Union). You can reach us at hello@iwpfinance.com for any question about these terms, your account, or a purchase. These terms apply to everyone who accesses the site, and additional membership terms below apply if you buy a paid subscription.

Educational content only — not investment advice

Allcontent on this site — free articles, case studies, glossary entries, knowledge paths, calculators, downloadable templates, and the paid research reports and analysis — is provided for general information and educational purposes only. It does not constitute investment advice, a personal recommendation, a research recommendation within the meaning of any financial regulation, or financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and it is not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or financial product.

Our paid research reports are deliberately educational: by default they carry no rating, no price target, and no buy/sell/hold or trade recommendation. Nothing on this site is tailored to your personal circumstances, objectives, or risk tolerance. Investing With Purpose is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial institution, and no content or membership creates an advisory or fiduciary relationship. Paying for a membership does not change any of this. Always do your own research and consult a licensed professional before making any financial decision.

Eligibility & accounts

You may browse the free site without an account. To download gated reports, hold a membership, or sync your saved articles and progress across devices, you create a free account through our authentication provider, Clerk. You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. To purchase a paid membership you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You may delete your account at any time; see the Privacy Policy for what that removes and what we must retain by law.

Memberships, pricing & payments

Some research is available only to paying members. Membership is offered on a recurring subscription basis (for example, monthly or annual) at the price and billing period shown at checkout. Prices are stated in the currency shown at checkout; your card issuer may apply conversion.

Merchant of record. Payments for memberships are processed by Stripe through its Managed Payments service. For these transactions, Stripe (acting through Link) is the merchant of record and seller: it takes payment, and it calculates, collects, and remits any applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST. Your purchase may appear on your statement or receipts as “LINK.COM” or “Sold through Link”. Your contract for the payment transactionis with Stripe as merchant of record and is also subject to Stripe's and Link's terms; your contract for the content and accessis with us under these terms. Stripe's checkout may display the price in your local currency and offer local payment methods.

Any tax shown at checkout is determined by Stripe based on your location and the product's tax classification. We do not store your full card details at any time; card data is handled by Stripe. How we and Stripe handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Automatic renewal

Memberships renew automatically. At the end of each billing period your subscription renews for another period of the same length, and your payment method is charged the then-current price, until you cancel. Renewal reminders and receipts are sent to you (by Stripe/Link, the merchant of record). You can cancel at any time before the next renewal to avoid being charged again.

Cancellations & refunds

You can cancel your membership at any time — from your account (Manage subscription), from the Link account emailed to you after purchase, or by contacting us. When you cancel, your membership stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then does not renew. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused part of a period once it has started, except where mandatory law requires.

EU/EEA and UK consumers — right of withdrawal. Consumers in the EU/EEA and UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content and services supplied immediately (such as instant access to and download of a report), that right is lost once supply begins, provided you gave your prior express consent and acknowledged that you lose the right. At checkout you request immediate access and acknowledge that you therefore lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once access or download begins. This does not affect any other mandatory statutory right you have.

Refund requests. Because Stripe is the merchant of record, refunds are handled through Stripe and Link support and are generally available within 60 days of the transaction in the cases Stripe supports; we may also issue a refund at our discretion. To request one, contact us at hello@iwpfinance.com or Link support. Nothing here limits your non-excludable rights (for example, a refund where digital content is faulty or not as described).

Your membership licence

A membership grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and download member research for your own personal, non-commercial use while your subscription is active. Access is conditioned on continued payment: when your membership ends, your right to access or download further reports ends. You may not share your account or credentials, resell, republish, redistribute, post publicly, or use the reports to build a competing product, and you may not remove any notices from them.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site or the service. In particular, you will not:

• break the law, infringe others' rights, or breach these terms;
• copy, scrape, or systematically download content except as expressly allowed, or circumvent any paywall or access control;
• share, resell, or redistribute member content or your account;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems;
• submit false information or use another person's payment method or identity.

Availability & restricted regions

The service is offered only where it is lawful to access it. You may not use the site or buy a membership if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or accessing it from any country or region subject to comprehensive government sanctions or embargoes, or if you are a person or entity on any applicable restricted-party, denied-party, or sanctions list. By using the site or subscribing, you confirm that none of these apply to you. Because Stripe is the merchant of record for paid memberships, Stripe also screens and may block payments from sanctioned regions at checkout. We may restrict or refuse access, or decline or refund a payment, where required by law or sanctions, and we make no representation that the content is appropriate or available for use in every location.

Calculators & tools

The interactive calculators (portfolio, FIRE, compound interest, options payoff, position size) are simplified, illustrative models. Their outputs are estimates based on the assumptions you enter, ignore taxes, fees, slippage, and many real-world factors, and are not predictions or guarantees. Do not rely on them as the basis for any transaction.

Your responsibility & risk

Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Any decision you make based on information from this site — free or paid — is made at your own risk and is your sole responsibility.

No warranty

We work hard to keep content accurate, current, and well-sourced, but the site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Markets, data, and regulations change, and content may become out of date.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Investing With Purpose and its contributors will not be liable for any loss or damage — including any investment loss, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss — arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site or its content. Where our liability cannot be excluded, and for any paid membership, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for membership in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law — including liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any mandatory consumer-protection right you have.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the content and design of this site — including the research reports — are owned by Investing With Purpose and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may read, share links to, and make personal, non-commercial use of the free content, and use member reports under the membership licence above. You may not republish, sell, or redistribute substantial portions without our permission. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Third-party links & services

The site links to and relies on external services — including our payment and authentication providers (Stripe/Link and Clerk), our Substack, primary sources, and reference pages. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of external sites, and their own terms and policies apply to your use of them.

Suspension & termination

You can stop using the site or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access — including a paid membership — if you materially breach these terms or use the service unlawfully; where we end a paid membership other than for your breach, we will refund any period paid for but not yet provided.

Changes to the service, prices & terms

We may change or discontinue parts of the free site at any time. We may change membership prices or plans; any change to a recurring price applies from your next renewal, and we (or Stripe/Link) will give you notice beforehand so you can cancel if you do not accept it. We may update these terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Privacy

Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these terms.

Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Greece. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-law provisions of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings there where the law allows. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
